Hello friends! The new episode of The You First Podcast is here and this week I am talking openly to you about my mental health journey. I give a little background on my anxiety and talk about the techniques and tools that I find most useful to identify when I'm feeling anxious and how I manage these moments.

There was so much more I could discuss and obviously a 30 minute podcast episode only scratches the surface when it comes to mental health but I'm really hoping in future episodes to come I can begin to share a little more with you each time.
